I had BP levels 161/91 two months ago, now it ranges from 115/84 to 135/90 but mostly averaging around 125/84.
I have taken natural remedies, lots of fruit, lentils, green tea, no caffeine, no bread , cakes etc. and exercise. hopefully it will continue to come down to a steady 120/80 (my pulse is always around 63). My age is 67.
